Disney Cruises – NOT One Size Fits All
There are different types of Disney Cruisers. You’ve got to
on the go must be busy 12-16 hours or more per day. There are also the let it
flow and feel the breeze cruisers. Of course, you have those that mix it up and
do a bit of both.
The busy all the time folks do the pools, adult dining,
family and adult shows, crafts, trivia, games, and special events offered on
the ship. They also make the most of Port time and are off the ship early to
check out the Port. They book shore excursions and then go explore by
themselves. They are up early and go to bed late.
The let it flow folks are there to relax. They will sit on
their veranda or on the deck reading a book, crafting, or just taking in the
sun. You will find them around the pool, sitting in the lounges and just taking
in the air and sun. Often, they will stay on the ship instead of exploring the
port so they can enjoy the quiet ship.
I’m kind of in the middle. I mostly go with the flow. I
spend time by the pool and enjoy the hot tub. I enjoy an adult brunch at Palo
and make sure to enjoy all the main restaurants and shows. I will only get off
the ship IF there is something spectacular to do, such as swimming with the
Dolphins or enjoying the day on Castaway Cay. I will bounce around to all the
photographers to get as many pictures as I can. We got 300 professional
pictures on a 4-night cruise! I look and
pick the crafts and extra things I really want to do.
A Disney Cruise is a do what you want, as much or as little as
you want type of vacation. Don’t worry there will be too little or too much for
you to do. There is something for everyone to do or not on a Disney Cruise.
Do you want to book a Disney Cruise Line or other Disney Vacation? Let me know!
