Disney Cruise Lines Loyalty Rewards Program is called the Castaway Club. Here is the information about it.

There are 4 levels to the Castaway Club. Silver, Gold, Platinum and Pearl.

The first time you get on a Disney Cruise you become a member when you disembark. You should get a welcome packet after you arrive home. You will also get a Castaway Club ID number! This is usually a Magnet saying Silver Castaway Club Member.

·        Before your 1^st cruise you can:

o   Book your cruise on the 1^st available public offering date for that cruise

o   Book Port Adventures and other activities 75 days before the cruise.

o   You can do your online check-in 30 days before the cruise.

·        Once you get home you have access to the Castaway Club section of the Disney Website.

·        You usually get something in the mail once you get home welcoming you to the Castaway Club.

Silver Castaway Club Member: From your 2^nd – 5^th Cruise you are a Silver Castaway Club Member.

·        You have access to the Castaway Club section of the Disney Website.

o   You can see your past cruises.

o   You have access to some downloadable items.

o   You may get early access to new information about Disney Cruise Line.

·        You can book new cruise itineraries 1 day ahead of the general public.

·        You can book your Port Adventures and other activities 90 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can do your online check-in 33 days before your cruise.

·        You get Castaway Club communications from DCL.

·        Exclusive Cruise Terminal Check-In where available.

·        You get a welcome home package in your cabin cruise. It is usually 1 bag and a lanyard for each guest in the cabin.

Gold Castaway Club Member: From your 6^th – 10^th Cruise you are a God Castaway Club Member.

·        You have access to the Castaway Club section of the Disney Website.

o   You can see your past cruises.

o   You have access to some downloadable items.

o   You may get early access to new information about Disney Cruise Line.

·        Dedicated Castaway Club Phone Number to call DCL – 1-800-449-3380

·        You can book new cruise itineraries 2 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can book your Port Adventures and other activities 105 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can do your online check-in 35 days before your cruise.

·        You get Castaway Club communications from DCL.

·        Exclusive Cruise Terminal Check-In where available.

·        You get a welcome home package in your cabin cruise. It is usually 1 bag and a lanyard for each guest in the cabin.

·        Onboard Private Reception on Cruises 8-Nights or longer. Gold, Platinum and Pearl experience special entertainment.

·        You get a discount on purchases made on the ship.

Platinum Castaway Club Member:  From your 10^th – 25^th Cruise you are a Platinum Castaway Club Member. You get a welcome home package in your cabin every cruise.

·        You have access to the Castaway Club section of the Disney Website.

o   You can see your past cruises.

o   You have access to some downloadable items.

o   You may get early access to new information about Disney Cruise Line.

·        You can book new cruise itineraries 3 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can book your Port Adventures and other activities 120 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can do your online check-in 38 days before your cruise.

·        You get Castaway Club communications from DCL.

·        You get a welcome home package in your cabin cruise. It is usually 1 bag and a lanyard for each guest in the cabin.

·        Onboard Private Reception on Cruises 8-Nights or longer. Gold, Platinum and Pearl experience special entertainment.

·        You get a discount on purchases made on the ship.

·        Complimentary Dinner at Palo or Palo Steakhouse.

Pearl Castaway Club Member:  From your 26^th Cruise you are a Pearl Castaway Club Member. You get a welcome home package in your cabin every cruise.

·        You have access to the Castaway Club section of the Disney Website.

o   You can see your past cruises.

o   You have access to some downloadable items.

o   You may get early access to new information about Disney Cruise Line.

·        You can book new cruise itineraries 4 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can book your Port Adventures and other activities 123 days ahead of the general public.

·        You can do your online check-in 40 days before your cruise.

·        You get Castaway Club communications from DCL.

·        Exclusive Cruise Terminal Check-In where available.

·        You get a welcome home package in your cabin cruise. It is usually 1 bag and a lanyard for each guest in the cabin.

·        Onboard Private Reception on Cruises 8-Nights or longer. Gold, Platinum and Pearl experience special entertainment.

·        You get a discount on purchases made on the ship.

·        Complimentary Dinner at Palo or Palo Steakhouse.

·        Complimentary Unlimited Digital Photo Package.

If you never got your Castaway Club ID number, forgot it or lost it just ask your travel agent to find it for you. You can also call Disney Cruise Line to ask. If you have linked your Disney Cruise Line account  to your general Disney Login you should be able to login to the DCL website and look at the Castaway Club Section to find it as well.
