Disney Cruise Line 24 Hour Website and Call Center Maintenance Shutdown
Disney Cruise Line has announced that they will be shutting down the website and call center for 24 hours. This is to make upgrades to the functional system to help DCL with reservations.
There system will be down from 4am July 9th to
4am July 10th. Travel Agents and guests will not be able to book a cruise,
make payments, special requests or modifications to an existing cruise, do
Online Check-In, book Port and Shipboard Adventures, or pre-order Amenities and
Gifts. The entire site will be down and unavailable, as will the Navigator App.
If you have a payment due on July 9th, 2026 make
sure you make it the day before. Make any special requests and deal with any
issues you may have with a reservation that must be made by July 9th
done ahead of time. Online Check-In, Port Adventures and other things can wait
an extra day without any issues.
